The Asian Weekly Achievers Awards (TAWAA) is a credible awards ceremony that brings different communities together, celebrating achievements and excellence across multiple disciplines. The nominees are active members of society and organisations that are making a positive impact and excelling through various roles and capacities in fields of business, sports, philanthropy and socially, among others. Among the various carefully selected criteria for the awards is having been featured in The Asian Weekly publication in the year.

TAWAA has grown from pillar to pillar, since its inception in 2014. Currently, it is based on 50% public voting and 50% vote from an independent panel of jury; the auditors oversee the voting platform and process.
